By visiting M365CopilotMerch.com (the “Merchandise Website”), you agree that the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to principles of conflict of laws, will govern these eGift Card terms and conditions ("Ts & Cs"). These Ts & Cs are subject to change without notice and are applicable in addition to the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy on Microsoft’s Merchandise Website.
In the event that any state or local regulation applies to your purchase of an eGift Card on this site and such regulation is more favorable to you than these Ts & Cs, such state or law shall supersede the terms herein and govern your purchase to the extent that it is applicable.
eGift Cards may be purchased and used solely on the Merchandise Website and may not be purchased or used on any other of Microsoft’s websites. eGift Cards are delivered via email. Buyer will receive a 16-digit code that can apply towards any online purchase.
eGift Cards may be paid for with a valid Visa, Discover, Mastercard, and/or American Express.
eGift cards are redeemable online only. eGift Cards are redeemable for merchandise only and are not redeemable for cash, except in states where required by law. In California, you can redeem the eGift cards for a cash refund if the remaining balance is $10.00 or less. You may not use an eGift Card to purchase other eGift Cards.
You may not return or cancel your eGift Card after it is received.
eGift cards will not expire.
We do not charge any extra fees for non-use or processing.
The value of any lost or stolen cards will not be replaced.

BAMKO MAKES NO WARRANTIES EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WITH RESPECT TO EGIFT CARDS, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
IF AN EGIFT CARD CODE IS NON-FUNCTIONAL, YOUR SOLE REMEDY, AND OUR SOLE LIABILITY, SHALL BE THE REPLACEMENT OF SUCH EGIFT CARD. CERTAIN STATE LAWS DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF CERTAIN DAMAGES. IF THESE LAWS APPLY TO YOU, SOME OR ALL OF THE ABOVE DISCLAIMERS, EXCLUSIONS, OR LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU, AND YOU MIGHT HAVE ADDITIONAL RIGHTS.
The provisions of this Agreement are intended to be interpreted in a manner which makes them valid, legal, and enforceable. In the event any provision is found to be partially or wholly invalid, illegal or unenforceable, such provision shall be modified or restricted to the extent and in the manner necessary to render it valid, legal, and enforceable. It is expressly understood and agreed between the parties that such modification or restriction may be accomplished unilaterally by Microsoft, or alternatively, by disposition of an arbitrator or a court of law. If such provisions cannot under any circumstances be so modified or restricted, they shall be excised from the Agreement without affecting the validity, legality or enforceability of any of the remaining provisions.
BAMKO reserves the right to refuse to honor an eGift Card where it suspects that the Card was obtained fraudulently.
